A hybrid from the Czech Republic which was imported as Synodontis ornatipinnis to Segrest Farms a Tropical Fish wholesaler based in Florida U.S.A. This species in the image is 4.0cm SL and it maybe has a bit of S. decorus in there minus the spotted head which S. decorus possesses. Remarks: We have decided to label each alleged 'hybrid' or unknown Synodontis species with SC numbers (ScotCat numbers) to identify each species exclusive to the ScotCat website. |
